帘线钢连铸坯氧化物夹杂分布规律研究

摘要

为了探索帘线钢中氧化物夹杂在连铸坯内的分布规律，对铸坯中氧化物夹杂的尺寸和成分进行了取样分析。结果表明，随着凝固时间的延长，帘线钢连铸坯中氧化物夹杂的尺寸由连铸坯表面到心部不断增大。采取连铸快冷及增强凝固末端电磁搅拌的措施后，夹杂物最大尺寸控制在20μm 以下。%In order to investigate the distribution regularity of oxide inclusions in a continu-ous casting slab of the tire cord steel, the size and compositions of the oxide inclusions are ana-lyzed based on taking some samples. The analytical results show that the oxide inclusions grow continually from the surface to the center of a slab with the solidification time prolonging. The maximum size of the inclusions can be controlled under 20 μm after taking such measures as rapid cooling process and stronger electromagnetic stirring at the end of solidification.
