热连轧过程自动化级计算机系统开发设计

         

摘要

The client/server structure including system components and control function design developed for the process automation level computer system applied in the 1700 continuous hot rolling production line in Chaoyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. of Ansteel Group Corporation is introduced. Based on the laminar cooling model set-up timing sequence, calculation method for temperature prediction, and control mode, the applied situation of the mathematic model for the 1700 hot continuous rolling production line is presented. The system owns such characteristics as high control precision, easy maintenance and good openness. The system works stably after putting into operation and all its functions meet the design requirements.%介绍了鞍钢集团朝阳钢铁有限公司1700热连轧生产线过程自动化级计算机系统开发应用的客户机/服务器结构,包括系统组成和控制功能设计。同时结合层流冷却模型设定时序、温度预报计算方法和控制方式等,介绍了数学模型在1700热连轧生产线的应用情况。该系统具有控制精度高、维护方便、开放性好等特点,投产后运行稳定,功能全部达到设计要求。
