水中锰Ⅱ的流动注射全自动在线分析

         

摘要

A flow injection spectrophotometric analysis method for on-line determination of Mn~(2+) in water is proposed, and an automatic on-line Mn~(2+) in water analyzer was developed based on the principle of potassium periodate spectrophotometry. The experimental conditions have been optimized. The experimental results indicate that the method has higher anti-interference ability, and the Mn~(2+) can be determined in the range of 0. 01~10mg/L with the detection limit of 0. 017mg/L. The RSD is 1. 21% (n=12). The method can be applied to the on-line determination of Mn2+ in surface water, ground water,and industrial waste water.%根据国家标准GB/T 11906-1989 <高碘酸钾氧化光度法测定锰[Ⅱ]>的原理,建立了水中锰[Ⅱ]的流动注射全自动在线分析法,并对各种实验条件进行了优化.实验结果表明: 该方法快速、灵敏、试剂消耗量少,线性范围为0.01~10mg/L,最低检出限为0.017mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.21% (n=12).该方法能够很好地用于地表水、地下水及工业废水中锰[Ⅱ]的在线自动监测.
