生物质含量对生物基聚氨酯硬泡性能的影响

         

摘要

Polyurethane (PU) foams were successfully prepared by synthesis vegetable oil polyols.The effects of biomass on the thermal properties,glass transition temperature,cell structure and mechanical properties of PU foam were investigated by the means of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and compression test.The results showed that with an increase of biomass,the compression force increased,the yield pressure appeared and cell size decreased.It also showed with an increase of biomass,the initial decomposition temperature of second stage increased,the maximum degradation temperature and the maximum degradation rate both decreased,the weight loss ratio increased,the maximum degradation temperature decreased and the maximum degradation rate increased at third stage.Glass transition temperature was consistent with peak intensity of isocyanurate in IR.%用合成植物油多元醇制成聚氨酯泡沫材料.通过热重(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)和压缩测试等方法研究了不同生物质含量对聚氨酯泡沫的热性能、玻璃化转变温度、泡孔结构及机械性能的影响.结果表明,生物质含量的增加能够提高压缩力,出现屈服现象,并且泡孔孔径减小.随着生物质含量的增加,热分解的第二阶段起始温度升高,最大分解温度降低,最大分解速率降低,第三阶段的最大分解温度降低,最大分解速率升高,且失重率上升.玻璃化转变温度与红外谱图异氰脲酸酯峰强度一致.
