自动组成分析仪测定石油沥青四组分

摘要

This paper introduces the principle of automatic composition analyzer and the method for measuring the content of asphaltene,saturated hydrocarbon,aromatics and colloid in petroleum.The equipment can realize the rapid determination of four components of petroleum asphalt,The test results show that the test method has the characteristics of simple operation,environmental safety and high degree of automation,which solves the shortcomings of long time-consuming,heavy poisoning and poor reproducibility in the four -component analysis of petroleum asphalt,and can provide reference data for crude oil evaluation and analysis.%介绍了一种自动组成分析仪的原理及应用该套设备对石油中沥青质、饱和分、芳香分和胶质含量进行测定的方法,利用该设备可以实现对石油沥青四组分的快速测定,试验结果表明该测试方法具有操作简便、环境安全、自动化程度高的特点,解决了石油沥青四组分分析中耗时长、试剂毒害大,重复性差的缺点,能够为原油评价分析等提供参考数据.
