铝合金碱性电化学抛光新工艺研究

         

摘要

在"Btytal"法电化学抛光工艺基础上,加入适量NaOH及络合剂,以得到相同抛光效果为前提,通过优化工艺参数,可降低抛光的温度及时间,使该工艺适于生产.其最佳的工艺参数为:Na2CO3100g/L,Na3PO465g/L,NaOH 24~32g/L,络合剂28mL/L,槽液温度60~70℃,电流密度7~15A/dm2,电压2V,时间15min.%On the basis of "Btytal" electrochemical polishing process, suitable amount of NaOH and complexing agent were added. The temperature and time of polishing can be reduced by optimizing process parameters as premise of same polishing effect obtained, such that this process was suitable for production. The optimum process parameters were: Na2CO3100g/L, Na3PO465g/L, NaOH 24~32g/L,28mL/L complexing agent,bath temperature of 60~70℃,current density 7~15A/dm2,voltage 2V,15min.
