基于模式匹配算法的转基因大豆DNA快速检测方法

摘要

为实现基因大豆DNA序列的快速检测,以抗草甘膦转基因大豆的DNA序列为材料,比较模式匹配的KMP算法和BF算法查找相同基因的效率和准确性.对比试验结果表明,KMP算法的效率比BF算法效率高,能够提高转基因大豆的检测效率.%In order to realize the rapid detection of soybean DNA sequence, the DNA sequence of glyphosate-resistant transgenic soybean was used as the material to compare the efficiency and accuracy of pattern matching KMP algorithm and BF algorithm to find the same gene. The results show that KMP algorithm is more efficient than BF algorithm and can improve the detection efficiency of transgenic soybean.
