不同包装膜对高粱乌米冷藏保鲜的影响

摘要

采用LDPE，PVC，BOPP和CPP这4种不同的包装膜包装高粱乌米，在冷藏保鲜技术基础上，对储藏的高粱乌米的感官和生理生化指标进行比较。结果表明：用LDPE，PVC，BOPP，CPP包装膜封闭处理比裸露贮藏处理对高粱乌米具有显著的保鲜作用，其中BOPP膜和CPP膜封闭包装保鲜效果最佳。%The article expounds the way of cold storage of sorghum sporisorium, on the basis of the technology of cold storage, to com-pare the senses and physiological and biochemical index of sorghum sporisorium by using LDPE, PVC, BOPP and CPP packing film, the result shows: sealed by LDPE, PVC, BOPP, CPP packing film has obvious function of retaining freshness for sorghum sporisorium storage than uncovered storage, and BOPP and CPP film have optimal performance in retaining freshness.
