目前我国植保机械和施药技术水平均比较落后。阐述我国植保机械与施药技术的现状，提出发展植保机械和施药技术的主要措施，以期为提高我国植保机械和施药技术水平提供参考。%At present, China is backward in the level of plant protection machinery and pesticide application technique.
