Because of the complex blade curve of the TMR fodder mixing machine ring blade which leads to difficult problems of finding the curvilinear equation for sequential engineering, the three-dimensional model design of the ring blade was obtained applying reverse engineering technology. The surface of the ring blade was scanned by non-contact laser scanning and the three-dimensional point clouds were obtained, and the effect of exposure rate to scan results were studied. The point cloud data was optimized through software Geo-magic Studio; The blade curve surface was reconstructed through software Geomagic Design; The errors were analyzed by contrasting between the refactored 3D geometric? model and the original point clouds data through Geomagic Control, based on reverse engineer-ing, the preliminary study on the application of the ring blade structural design has been completed.%针对TMR饲料搅拌机梅花刀刀刃曲线复杂,不易找出曲线方程进行正向设计的问题,利用逆向工程技术得到梅花刀的三维模型。利用非接触式激光扫描仪对梅花刀片表面进行三维扫描,并获取三维点云数据,研究曝光率对扫描结果的影响;利用Geo-magic Studio软件对点云数据进行优化处理;利用Geomagic Design软件对刀片曲面进行重构;利用Geomagic Control将重建后的三维几何模型与原始点云数据进行误差对比分析,完成逆向工程技术在梅花刀片结构设计中的应用初步研究。
