This paper shows the research on wireless power transfer of a mixing system. The mixer can mix and heat middle and high viscosity solutions by using induction heating of mixing blade. The power can be supplied from the top of the container by the wireless power transmission coil. The energy balance is shown from the heat loss and the heating power of the components obtained by the experiments and the magnetic field thermal analysis. In addition, the frequency characteristics of the transmission efficiency and the thermal transfer efficiency are calculated. As a result, heat transfer efficiency and total heating efficiency reach to 96.5 [%] and 63.4 [%], respectively. The effectiveness of proposed system has been confirmed.
