摘要

综述了DGGE技术的基本原理、操作中需要注意的主要环节及其在土壤微生物多样性分析中的应用，同时分析了DGGE在实验过程中的局限性并展望了其未来发展前景。%Summarized the basic technical mechanism of DGGE, the important links the operation and current applications in environmental microbiology detection were presented, as well as analysis the limitations of the DGGE in experimental process and the future perspectives of its applications were expected.
