航空企业动态联盟任务分解评估方法研究

摘要

The essential of dynamic alliance which is related to the aviation enterprise is analyzed.The principles of the task breakdown and the task model are described.Task breakdown is considered as a multi-objective decision-making problem with uncertainty by analyzing its characteristics, Based on the establishment or task synthesis appraisal index system, a theory of the schemes evaluation is proposed.The theory can be used to evaluate the schemes of the task breakdown.%分析了与航空企业相关的动态联盟的特点,得出了任务分解原则,在假定任务分解过程是一个具有模糊主观判断的多目标决策问题的基础上建立了相应的任务模型.基于创建的任务分解评价指标体系,提出了对任务分解进行评估的一种算法,以此对任务分解的不同方案进行评估.
