基于有向图的飞机数字化装配生产线全局建模

     

摘要

Taking the product structure and as-sembly modes of digital aircraft assembly line into consid-eration, a aircraft assembly relationship model is presented by directed graph. This model contains the assembly information coming in and coming out from the environ-ment. The assembly process information is imported to the assembly model by layered directed graph, moreover, the assembly system is supplemented to the model. The expression method of adjacency matrix is utilized to store kinds of information of the layered directed graph model, and the global modeling of digital aircraft assembly line is established.%根据飞机装配生产线中产品的构成及装配方式等特点,涵盖装配信息引入和装配信息退出的概念,实现飞机装配关系建模的有向图表示。结合层次模型和关系模型特点,将装配过程信息引入装配模型中,并追加数字化装配系统信息,采用邻接矩阵表示法来存储分层模型中的各类信息,建立基于分层有向图的飞机装配生产线模型。
