过载条件下固体火箭发动机内流场及绝热层烧蚀研究

         

摘要

为了研究过载对发动机内流场和绝热层烧蚀的影响规律,对过载条件下的固体火箭发动机开展了数值仿真和旋转过载试验。仿真与试验结果表明,过载量值和含铝量是影响过载条件下固体火箭发动机粒子聚集浓度分布及绝热层严重烧蚀区域的主要因素,在进行发动机设计时应综合考虑,以保证发动机工作的安全性、可靠性。%To research the influence regular of the overload to the internal flow field and the ablation of insulator , the numerical simulation and rotating overload test of solid rocket motor under the condition of overload is done .The simulation and test results show that the magnitude of overload and the Alumin-ium content are the main reasons to influence the collection concentration of particles and the area of the serious insulator ablation , which should be considered fully in the design of solid rocket motor to guaran-tee the safety and reliability under working condition .
