在垂直降膜管上进行脂肪酸混合物降膜蒸发传热的实验研究,分析了进料流量、热通量和操作压力等因素对传热性能的影响。实验结果表明,在层流情况下,流量的增加不利于传热,热通量和操作压力的增加对表面蒸发传热有利。并得到垂直管内降膜蒸发传热系数的实用关联式:h*=4.107Re-0.947 7。%The heat transfer in evaporating falling film of fatty acids in the vertical tube was investigated. The principle effects such as feed flow, heat flux, operating pressure on the heat transfer were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the heat transfer coefficient of falling film evaporation decreased as the feed flow increased during laminar flow, and the increase of heat flux and operating pressure was favorable for the heat transfer coefficient. The practical formula for the heat transfer coeffcient of falling film evaporation in the vertical tube is represented as h*=4.107Re-0.947 7.
