左心耳封堵手术术中影像学引导技术研究进展

摘要

近年来左心耳封堵术已成为预防非瓣膜性心房颤动患者血栓事件的新方法,左心耳封堵术术中影像学的引导对手术的成功实施及安全性具有重要意义.传统的操作方式是采用经食管超声心动图和透视的指导下进行,但该方法并不适合所有患者,安全性及有效性仍有待提高.随着影像技术的发展,越来越多的影像学技术运用于引导左心耳封堵术且或可取代经食管超声心动图,现就多种影像学引导技术在左心耳封堵手术中的应用及研究进展综述如下.%Left atrial appendage closure is increasingly performed as an alternative to oral anticoagulation for stroke prevention with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation. Good procedural imaging during LAAC is essential for successful operation. Left atrial appendage closure is mainly facilitated by 2-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography in combination with fluoroscopy. Multimodality imaging can provide adequate guidance and can even increase the safety and efficacy of the procedure. This article reviews the progress about the various imaging strategies on guiding left atrial appendage closure.
