A left atrial appendage occluder (100) and a left atrial appendage occlusion system. The occluder (100) may better achieve repeated positioning, recovery and release of the left atrial appendage occluder (100), and may prevent the problem wherein an occlusion stent (110, 10) is entangled during operation, thereby improving the success rate of surgery. The left atrial appendage occluder (100) comprises an occlusion stent (110, 10), a proximal end fixing member (120) and a distal end fixing member (130); the occlusion stent (110, 10) comprises an occlusion structure (111) and a traction structure (112). A delivery device (200) comprises a pushing hollow tube (210) and a control rod (220). The distal end fixing member (130) may, under the drive of the control rod (220), move toward a first distal end (111b) of the occlusion structure (111) toward the direction of the proximal end fixing member (120) to be in a gathered state, and may prevent the continuous movement of the distal end fixing member (130), thus preventing the problem wherein misoperation by a human causes the occlusion stent (110, 10) to become inverted and entangled.
