Disclosed are a left atrial appendage occluder (100) and a left atrial appendage occlusion device (200). The left atrial appendage occluder (100) comprises: an occlusion structure (110) and a guide structure (120), wherein the guide structure (120) is used for positioning a pushing structure (130) for the occlusion structure (110); and the guide structure (120) is located in the occlusion structure (110) and can be drawn out from the occlusion structure (110), and a proximal end of the guide structure (120) is exposed from a proximal end of the occlusion structure (110). When the pushing structure (130) needs to be re-connected to the occlusion structure (110) after the pushing structure (130) is separated from the occlusion structure (110), the guide structure (120) can guide the pushing structure (130), such that the pushing structure (130) can be easily re-connected to the occlusion structure (110), thus performing re-positioning.
