前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9与心血管疾病关系研究进展

摘要

前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9是一个与常染色体显性高胆固醇血症相关的新基因。近来研究表明，前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9不仅在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展中起着重要作用，还与冠状动脉狭窄、急性冠状动脉综合征、预测心血管事件等密切相关，现就前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9与心血管疾病关系的研究进展做一综述。%Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9) is a new gene which is related to autosomal dominant hypercholes-terolemia.Rencetly the researches not only highlight a potential important role of PCSK 9 antibodies in managing atherosclerosis ,but also sug-gest links between PCSK9 and coronary stenoses,acute coronary syndrome,cardiovascular events.This review provides relationship between PCSK9 and cardiovascular diseases .
