超双疏高强防护手套的研究与开发

         

摘要

针对高强防护手套编织工艺难度大、纱纱易产生芯纱裸露、影响织物强力和耐磨等问题,对高强防护手套的原料选择、包覆、编织和涂覆工艺进行了系统研究.分析包覆纱的受力分析及牵伸比、超喂、张力控制对包覆纱成纱质量的影响,研究了手套编织的关键工艺技术以及生态环保的超涂覆工艺技术.通过对包覆工艺参数的优化,采用手指部位的加固编织技术,以及对编织成形的手套进行双疏整理,赋予了高强防护手套良好地耐磨、防切割、超双疏性能,较好地解决了双疏高强防护手套生产工艺难题,对于企业的新产品开发及实际生产具有一定的指导作用与参考价值.%It is difficult to weave high-strength protective gloves. The yarn is easy to produce core-spun yarn, thus influencing fabric strength and wear-resisting. In order to solve the above problems, the paper systematically studied the raw material selection, cladding, knitting and coating technology of high-strength protective gloves, analyzed the stress of wrap yarns, and the effects of drawing ratio, overfeeding and tension control on yarn quality. Besides, the key technology of glove weaving and the eco-friendly super-coating technology were investigated. By optimizing parameters of coating technology, reinforcing weaving technology for the finger parts and conducting bi-repellent finishing of the gloves, the high-strength protective gloves had good wear-resisting, anti-cutting and bi-repellent performance. This technology solves the difficult problem of the production process of bi-repellent high-strength protective gloves, and has certain guiding function and reference value for new product development and practical production.
