旋流喷嘴对大麻/棉混纺纱性能的影响

         

摘要

为改善麻纤维因自身性能缺陷与传统纺织工艺局限性所导致的成纱毛羽问题,将新型减羽技术旋流喷嘴纺应用于10%、20%和40%大麻含量的棉麻混纺纱成纱过程,选择适当的细纱工艺参数并测试成纱后的主要性能指标.结果表明:在适宜的入口气压作用下,旋流喷嘴可以显著降低3种纱线的有害毛羽数量,其中对20%大麻含量的纱线减羽数量达到了88.5%,同时还轻微增加了3种纱线的短毛羽数量.旋流喷嘴轻微降低了3种纱线的断裂强力,条干不匀率略有恶化,对40%大麻含量的纱线最为显著.通过显微镜观察纱线表面形态,旋流喷嘴作用后的纱线表面光洁,结构紧密.%In order to improve yarn hairiness caused by performance defect of hemp and the restriction of traditional textile technology,the novel swirl nozzle spinning technology was applied in the spinning process of 10%,20%,40% hemp/cotton blended yarns.Then,the proper spinning parameters were chose and the main performance indexes of the yarns were tested.The results show that the vortex nozzle can significantly reduce harmful hairiness of the three kinds of yarns under proper inlet pressure.It can effectively reduce 88.5% of hairiness for the yarns containing 20% hemp.Besides, the quantity of short hairiness increases slightly for the three kinds of yarns.The swirl nozzle slightly reduces breaking strength and deteriorates evenness of these yarns,especially for the yarns containing 40%hemp.By observing the yarn surface morphology with a microscope,the vortex nozzle makes yarns have clean surface and compact structure.
