The yarns were finished with C4 fluorine additive for water repellence to form a water-repellent layer on the surface of fibres and yarns and promot the water resistance of knitted fabrics.Through single factor experiments,the fabrics knitted by mixed-yarn of acrylic and nylon were scored for water-repellence efficacy by spray test in accordance with AATCC 22-2014 standard,and the effects of concentration of water-proof solution,baking temperature,baking time, and liquid pick-up rate on the water repellence and wash resistance were studied.The results show that the reasonable finishing technology is as follows:the concentration of water-proof solution 120 g/L,dipping time 30 min,baking temperature 100 ℃ ,baking time 25 min,and liquid pick-up rate 30%.The water-repellent efficacy of knitted fabrics in spray test reaches 95 scores under AATCC standard,and 85 scores after washing for 5 times.%采用C4氟系整理剂对纱线进行防水功能整理,在纤维表面和纱线表面形成防水膜层,提供针织物较好的防水性能.通过单因子实验,根据AATCC 22—2014标准对防水整理的腈纶/尼龙混纺纱制成的针织物进行喷淋测试与沾水性能评分,研究了防水剂溶液浓度、烘燥温度、烘燥时间、带液率对织物防沾水性能及其耐洗度的影响.结果表明:合理的整理工艺为防水剂溶液质量浓度120 g/L,浸渍30 min,烘燥温度100℃,烘燥时间25 min,带液率30%,针织物喷淋测试防沾水性能评分可达AATCC标准95分,5次水洗后85分.
