To develop a capillary electrophoretic method for separating nine flavonoids in flos chrysanthemi indici. Optimum conditions were optimized for several parameters, such as UV detection wavelength, pH and concentration of buffer solution and electrokinetic injection time. Under the optimum conditions, reproducibility and recovery experiments were also conducted to evaluate the precision and accuracy of the method. The method was simple, reproducible and accurate. It is a reliable method for quantitative analysis of flavonoids in flos chrysanthemi indici and can provide some references for the quality control of flos chrysanthemi indici.%建立野菊干燥头状花序中9种黄酮类化合物的毛细管电泳分析方法.通过优选检测波长、pH值、缓冲溶液浓度和进样时间等确定分离检测条件,通过精密度实验、回收率实验验证方法的重复性、准确性.该方法简便、重复性好、准确,是野菊花黄酮类化合物定量测定中的一种可靠方法,能够为野菊花药材和制剂的质量控制提供依据.
