离子分子反应质谱(IMR-MS)在线逐口检测卷烟主流烟气中重要气相成分

     

摘要

采用离子分子质谱IMR-MS (ion molecule reaction mass spectrometry)与转盘式吸烟机RM20H相连的方法,对卷烟主流烟气中气相成分建立了在线、实时、高效的逐口定量检测方法。该方法日内重复性、日间重复性结果显示除最后一口由于抽吸烟气量不同,RSD较大外,其他抽吸口数RSD均小于15%。用该方法测定标准卷烟2R4F、3R4F和1R5F,并将结果与文献经典方法进行比较,数据显示本方法定量结果准确。%Gas phase organic compounds in mainstream cigarette smoke were monitored by ion molecule reaction mass spectrometry (IMR-MS) combined with rotary smoking machine RM20H. Quantitative analysis methods were established for some important compounds in Hoffmann list including NO, 1,3-butadiene, isoprene, benzene, toluene. Repeatability performance in one day and in different days showed that all RSD were less than 15%, except the last puff which was characterized by different smoke amount. Using the method to determine standard cigarettes 2R4F, 1R5F and 3R4F, and to compare results with those from published papers showed that IMR-MS method is accurate, rapid and stable.
