A series of V-containing NiMo/Al2O3 hydrotreating catalysts were prepared by impregnation of the vanadium solution on NiMo/Al2O3, and were characterized by BET, SEM, IR-OH, UV-vis and Raman spectra. It was shown that the hydrogenation activity of V-containing NiMo/Al2O3 catalyst was much lower than that of V-free catalyst. As the increase of vanadium loadings, the polymeric vanadium appeared, resulting in the increase of hydrogenation activity of V-S phase, and the hydrogenation activity of the V-containing NiMo/Al2O3 catalysts decreased quickly, then remained stable.%以含V溶液浸渍法制备了一系列含V的NiMo/Al2 O3催化剂,考察了V2O5质量分数对NiMo/Al2O3催化剂加氢性能的影响,并对催化剂进行了BET、SEM、IR-OH、紫外-可见漫反射光谱以及拉曼光谱表征.结果表明,含V的NiMo/Al2 O3催化剂加氢活性明显低于不含V的NiMo/Al2O3催化剂;随着催化剂上V2 O5质量分数的增加,多聚体V的出现导致V-S相的加氢活性增加,催化剂加氢活性先迅速下降,再逐渐趋于平稳.
