钒作为加氢催化剂活性组分的研究Ⅱ钒对NiMo/Al2O3催化剂渣油加氢活性的影响

     

摘要

A series of V containing NiMo/A2O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method, to understand the effects of V on the hydrotreating performance of NiMo/Al2O3 catalysts. These catalysts were sulfided and then characterized by XPS and TEM technology. Finally the catalytic performances of these catalysts were evaluated with Kuwait atmosphere residue ( AR) as feedstock. Due to the different form of metal and sulfur contained in residue, as well as because the catalytic effects of V-S and V-Mo-S phase on hydrodemetallization is higher than on hydrodesulfurization, it is observed that V can promote the metal removal rate of residue over NiMo/AI2O3 catalyst; while with higher V loadings, V can reduce the sulfur removal rate of residue over NiMo/Al2O3 catalyst.%采用浸渍法制备了一系列含V的NiMo/Al2O3催化剂.对硫化态含V的NiMo/Al2O3催化剂进行了XPS和TEM表征;以科威特常压渣油为原料,考察了V对NiMo/Al2O3催化剂渣油加氢活性的影响.结果表明,由于渣油中金属和硫的存在形态不同,并且V-Mo-S相和V-S相对于加氢脱金属的催化作用大于加氢脱硫的催化作用,因此V能引起NiMo/Al2O3催化剂上渣油脱金属率的增加;但是V含量较高时,V会造成NiMo/Al2O3催化剂上渣油脱硫率的降低.
