催化裂化反应系统关键装备技术研究进展

     

摘要

通过详细分析催化裂化反应系统内不同区域的流动和反应特点,提出了“多区协控强化”的技术理念,形成了一种简单高效的催化裂化反应系统技术.该技术主要包括提升管进料段的“内置式气体内构件技术”和“油-剂逆流接触的新型进料段技术”、预提升区的“灵活调控剂/油比的混合预提升技术”、提升管出口油-剂快速分离区的“气-固旋流分离强化(SVQS)技术”以及汽提区的“组合环流汽提(MSCS)技术”.重点阐述了各项创新技术的研究进展,分析了创新技术与传统技术的差异,揭示了创新技术的优势所在.1.40 Mt/a重油催化裂化反应系统工业应用结果表明,该技术能够有效提高轻油收率,降低干气和焦炭产率,减少CO2排量,提高企业经济效益.%On the basis of analyzing the fluidization and reaction characteristics in different regions of reaction system of RFCC unit,it is proposed that a new technical idea with the multi-zone cascade would control and intensify RFCC process.Furthermore,it is formed that a simple and efficient technology for the reaction system of RFCC unit.It includes a feed nozzle technology to control the secondary flow in riser,a downward pointed feed injection scheme in the feed injection zone,a prelifting scheme with two strands of catalyst inlets for FCC riser in the pre-lift zone,a SVQS vortex quick separator in the oil-catalyst quick separation region of riser outlet,and a MSCS high-efficiency stripper in the stripping zone.The advances of the new technology are described in detail.The differences between the innovative schemes and the traditional ones are compared by experiments and numerical simulations in order to reveal the internal mechanisms.The results from a commercial test show that this technology would provide a higher yield of light oil,lower yields of off-gas and coke,lower CO2 emissions,and higher economic benefits of refinery.
