Objective To compare the detachment effect of chitosanoligosaccharide(COS) with different molecular weights on Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans) biofilm. Methods S. mutans biofilm was formed on saliva-coated glass in three six-well plates,then exposed to 2. 5,5. 0,10. 0,20. 0,40. 0 g/L COS solution with different molecular weights(2 000,3 000,5 000)for 30 min and 1 h.
