摘要

Objective To compare the detachment effect of chitosanoligosaccharide(COS) with different molecular weights on Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans) biofilm. Methods S. mutans biofilm was formed on saliva-coated glass in three six-well plates,then exposed to 2. 5,5. 0,10. 0,20. 0,40. 0 g/L COS solution with different molecular weights(2 000,3 000,5 000)for 30 min and 1 h. Live/dead fluorescent staining and confocal laser scanning microscopy were applied to observe the bacterial density. Results Bacterial density in S. mutans biofilm treated with three different molecular weights of COS solution was reduced significantly(P<0. 05).
