不同骨癌痛动物模型拟合临床特征的研究

     

摘要

目的 旨在明确目前几种骨癌痛动物模型与临床特征的拟合情况.方法 查阅从1999年到2012年5月Pubmed数据库中骨癌痛动物研究的相关文献,并采用回顾性研究,纳入2010年5月至2011年3月在同济医院肿瘤科住院的骨转移瘤患者81例以及2010年5月至2012年5月在该院就诊的原发骨肿瘤患者12例,对患者的一般资料、原发肿瘤部位、骨转移部位和骨疼痛相关信息进行统计分析.结果 共分析了7种不同骨癌痛动物模型的26项研究.临床回顾性分析显示,绝大部分骨肿瘤患者为骨转移患者;骨转移疼痛与原发骨肿瘤疼痛在发病年龄、疼痛是否为首发症状以及疼痛类型上均有显著差异;四肢近端骨转移较远端骨更为常见.结论 注射转移性肿瘤细胞造模、股骨为成瘤点、测量方法中包含爆发痛测量的动物模型相对能够较好地模拟骨癌痛临床情况,其研究结果能为临床研究和治疗提供较为有效的参考.%Objective To examine the characteristics of bone cancer pain in several animal models and their similarity to clinical characteristics. Methods The relevant studies on animal models of bone cancer pain between 1999 to May 2012 were searched in Pubmed database. Clinical data of 81 bone cancer patients with bone metastases who were admitted to the Department of Oncology from May 2010 to March 2011 were retrospectively analyzed as well as patients with primary bone cancer who were treated between May 2010 and May 2012 in our hospital. Demographic data ,primary tumor site ,bone metastasis site and bone pain-related factors were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 26 studies on 7 kinds of animal models of bone pain were identified. The retrospective analysis of clinical data revealed that most bone cancer patients were cancer patients with bone cancer metastases. There was significant difference in onset year ,whether the pain was the initial symptom ,and pain type between the secondary and primary bone cancer. Bone metastasis occurred commonly in the proximate limbs than distal limbs. Conclusion Animal models which were established by injection of metastatic tumor cells,selecting the femur as bone tumor site and containing the tests of breakthrough pain in measurement methods fit clinical characteristics of bone cancer pain well and they will provide effective evidence for clinical research and treatment.
