基于脑电图的孤独谱系障碍儿童的偏定向相干脑网络研究

摘要

目的 探讨孤独谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorders,ASD)行为发育特点与脑网络异常连接间的关系.方法 通过采集幼儿时期起病的ASD患者及对照组健康发育儿童的静息态脑电图(Electroencephalogram,EEG)信号,利用偏定向相干方法(partial directed coherence,PDC)建立脑网络,对不同组儿童的网络连接异同进行分析.结果 与对照组相比,ASD儿童网络连接强度减小,在中等长度连接处显著减少;在阈值0.15的二值化网络中,ASD儿童网络全局效率下降,集群系数及局部效率在右侧大脑半球的下降较左侧突出,出度在中央运动区未出现偏侧性、在颞顶区明显减少.结论 这些网络连接异常可以解释ASD儿童的行为发育特点,有希望应用于对ASD儿童的脑功能受损程度的客观评估.%Objective This study aimed to explore the relationship between the behavioral development features of Autism spectrum disorder(ASD) and the abnormal brain network connections.Methods Resting-state electroencephalogram(EEG)was obtained from ASD children and their normally developed countparts.The partial directed coherence(PDC)method was used to establish brain networks,and the similarities and differences of network connections were analyzed in the two groups.Results The intensity of network connections,especially medium-length connections,was significantly decreased in ASD children as compared with healthy children.In binarization network at 0.15 threshold,ASD children had lower globle efficiency.In ASD children,the decreases in the clustering coefficient and local efficiency were more significant in the right hemisphere than in the left hemisphere;there was no out-degree laterality in the center of the sports area;and the out-degree was obviously reduced in the temporal and parietal region.Conclusion These network connection anomalies can be used to explain the behavior development characteristics of ASD children,and they are expected to be used for the objective evaluation of the brain dysfunction of ASD children.
