Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the use of family neonate bed to prevent and reduce the crying and vomiting of newborn babies. Methods: During the recovery period, 241 cases of the vital signs were stable and the newborns were divided into two groups for four consecutive days in the neonatal bed. The slope beds were used in 121 newborns of control group. The family new bed were used in 120 cases of the observation group.The crying, vomiting and the weight gain of the two groups of newborns were observed and recorded. Results: In the observation group, the number of newborns crying and vomiting was significantly less than that in the control group, and the weight gain of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of family type neonatal bed makes the newborn body comfortable and safe, which can reduce the number of vomiting and crying, which is conducive to the weight gain of the newborn.%目的: 探讨使用家庭式新生儿床防止和减少新生儿哭闹、呕吐的临床效果.方法: 选择入住新生儿科恢复期病情稳定、生命体征平稳且在新生儿床连续4 d 的足月新生儿241 例,分为用斜坡新生儿床的对照组121 例,用家庭式新生儿床的观察组120 例,观察记录两组新生儿的哭闹、呕吐和体重变化情况.结果: 观察组新生儿哭闹及呕吐次数明显少于对照组,观察组体重增长优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论: 应用家庭式新生儿床使新生儿体位舒适安全,可减少新生儿呕吐、哭闹次数,利于新生儿体重增长.
