HPLC法测定续断药材中常春藤皂苷元的含量

摘要

Objective;To develop a determination method for the hederagenin in Dipsacus asperoids. Methods; Hederage-nin was determined by HPLC method. The separation was performed on a phenomenex C18 column (4. 6mm x25cm, 5 um) with mobile phase of CAN - water - formic (64:36:0.1). The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. The column temperature was at 30℃. The detection wavelength was 212nm. Result: The linear range of hederagenin was 31.25 - 1000ug . The average recovery was 100.13% , and the RSD was less than 2%. Conclusion;The method is accurate and specific, which is useful for the integrative exploitation of Dipsacus asperoids.%目的:建立续断药材中常春藤皂苷元的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为phenomenex-C18柱(4.6mm×25cm,5μm)；流动相为乙腈:水:甲酸(64:36:0.1)；流速为1mL·min-1；柱温30℃；检测波长为212nm.结果:常春藤皂苷元的线性范围为31.25～1000μg/mL,平均加样回收率为100.13％,RSD小于2％.结论:该方法准确,专属性高,可为续断药材的综合开发利用提供参考.
