自拟平肝熄风汤联合泰必利片治疗小儿抽动症临床研究

摘要

目的:观察和分析自拟平肝熄风汤联合泰必利片对小儿抽动症患者抽动次数分值、抽动频率分值、抽动强度分值的影响,从而探讨自拟平肝熄风汤联合泰必利片治疗小儿抽动症的疗效.方法:将符合纳入标准的60例小儿抽动症患者随机分为观察组30例与对照组30例.观察组患者给予自拟平肝熄风汤联合泰必利片治疗;对照组患者给予泰必利片治疗.治疗后,观察自拟平肝熄风汤联合泰必利片对小儿抽动症患者抽动次数分值、抽动频率分值、抽动强度分值的影响,并与对照组作比较.结果:自拟平肝熄风汤联合泰必利片可明显降低小儿抽动症患者抽动次数分值、抽动频率分值、抽动强度分值.与治疗前比较,差异极显著(P<0.01);与对照组比较,差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:自拟平肝熄风汤联合泰必利片治疗儿抽动症具有较好的的疗效.%Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of self-made Pinggan Xifeng decoction combined with Tiapridal tablets for the twitch number score,the twitch frequency score and the twitch strength score in tourette children patients.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with Tiapridal tablets.On this basis in patients,the observation group were given selfmade Pinggan Xifeng Decoction additionally.After treatment,the twitch number score,the twitch frequency score and the twitch strength score were compared.Results:Mter treatment,the observation group significantly reduced the twitch number score,the twitch frequency score and the twitch strength score compared to those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01);There was also a significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Pinggan Xifeng Decoction combined with Tiapridal tablets has a good curative effect on treating tourette syndrome.
