香根草提取物对植物病原真菌的抑制作用

The antifungal activity of Vetiveria zizanioides extract against five plant pathogenic fungi was determined by mycelium growth rate method.The results showed that the petroleum ether (PE) - soluble fraction and EtOAc-soluble fraction had inhibitory activity against Rhizoctonia solani, Colletotrichum musae, Alternaria solani, Fusarium oxysporium, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, with the EC50 values of 1.844 and 3.470 mg· mL- 1 against Rhizoctonia solani, respectively.The outdoor pot-cultivation test showed that petroleum ether-soluble fraction exhibited significant inhibition activity at concentration of 0.025 g· mL - 1, and the protective and curative control efficacies were 66.70％ and 14.16％ respectively.The research is benefit for the control of plant disease and the development of plant germicides.%测定了香根草提取物对水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctona solani)、香蕉炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum musae)、番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)、黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxgsporium)和葡萄炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum gloesporioides)这5种植物病原真菌的抑制作用.室内抑菌试验采用菌丝生长速率法测定了石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取物对植物病原菌的抑制作用.结果表明,两部分萃取物对上述5种病原真菌均具有较好的抑制作用,其中对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制效果最好,EC50值分别为1.844和3.470 mg·mL-1.室外盆栽试验结果显示石油醚萃取物在浓度为0.025 g·mL-1时对水稻纹枯病菌保护防治效果达到66.70%,治疗防治效果为14.16%.该研究为植物病害防治和新型植物源杀菌剂的开发提供理论基础.
