湖南柚类种质的数量分类与主成分分析

             

摘要

Q-cluster analysis and R-cluster analysis were used to examine the 37 morphological characteristics of flower and fruit of 47 pummelo cultivars in Hunan Province , and the 37 morphological characteristics were analyzed with principal component analysis of SPSS 17.0 software.The results showed that the 47 pummelo cultivars could be classified into 6 groups based on Q-cluster analysis , and the 37 morphological characteristics could be divided into 6 groups as well according to R-cluster analysis .The principal component analysis showed that 37 morphological char-acteristics could be integrated into 12 principal components ( PC) and their additive contributing rate amounted to 81.58%, and 32 major discriminating characteristics in relation to pummelo flower factor and fruit factor were select -ed according to the relativity between 12 PC and characteristics .%利用SPSS 17.0软件对47个湖南柚类品种资源的37个花器官和果实形态学性状进行了品种Q型聚类及其性状的R型聚类,同时对37个形态学性状进行了主成分分析。结果表明:37个性状对47个柚类品种资源聚类,可将柚类品种分成6个组群;37个形态性状聚类也可分为6个组;经主成分分析,37个花果性状可综合为12个主成分,其累积贡献率达81.58%,根据前12个主成分与性状的相关性,选出了32个影响力较大的性状,这些性状综合了柚类特有的花器官因子和果实因子。
