为了解江西地区水产动物中嗜水气单胞菌的耐药性,从江西部分地区分离到52株嗜水气单胞菌,对其进行耐药性试验及耐药质粒抽提,绘制江西地区嗜水气单胞菌的耐药谱及耐药质粒指纹图谱,并将其对比分析.结果52株嗜水气单胞菌对19种抗生素呈现出不同程度的耐药性,其中阿莫西林耐药率为94%,青霉素耐药率为96%,利福平耐药率为62%,林可霉素耐药率为63%,甲氧嘧啶耐药率为75%.质粒提取结果发现52株细菌中有14株菌携带耐药1条~9条不等的质粒电泳条带,菌株提取到质粒的概率为26.93%.耐药质粒指纹图谱显示其质粒谱型可分为14种,每株菌都含有大小和数量不等的质粒,分析表明嗜水气单胞菌耐药性与质粒无明显的直接关系,但来源相同,耐药类型相似,质粒图谱也相似.%The objective of this study is to investigate the distribution of plasmids in the Aeromonas hy-drophila isolated from Jiangxi Province, and reveal the relationship between plasmids and antibiotic resistance. The antibiotic sensitivity of 52 isolates of Aeromonas hydrophila was tested by K-B methods, and the plasmids were extracted and detected by alkaline denaturation and agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the antibiotic resistance rates of amoxicillin, penicillin, rifampicin, Lincomycin, oxymethylpyrimidine were 94% , 96% , 62% , 63% and 75% respectively. Plasmid electrophoresis showed that 14 out of 52 strains contained 1 to 9 different-sized plasmids, but the relationship between the antibiotic resistance and plasmid fingerprinting showed that the number and size of plasmids the strains had no significant correlation with its antibiotic resistance. Plasmid fingerprinting indicated that the strains of the same source would have similar antibiotic resistance and plasmid profile.
