青葙提取物对红脉穗螟产卵忌避及杀卵作用研究

             

摘要

为探讨青葙在有害生物防治上的应用潜力,同时为红脉穗螟的防治提供新的思路,采用室内生物测定法,研究青葙提取物对红脉穗螟的产卵忌避作用和杀卵活性.产卵忌避试验结果表明:甲醇和石油醚提取物的驱避效果最大.对卵孵化率的影响结果显示,各溶剂提取物处理均对红脉穗螟具有一定的杀卵活性,其中甲醇、乙醇、蒸馏水、乙酸乙酯、正己烷和石油醚提取物处理的死亡率之间无明显差异,保持在20%左右,显著高于三氯甲烷和丙酮提取物处理;甲醇、石油醚和乙醇提取物对红脉穗螟初孵幼虫的影响最大,其1龄幼虫的校正死亡率可达到53%、51.75%和45.54%.此外,在青葙甲醇提取物的不同溶剂萃取物中,乙醚萃取物对红脉穗螟的产卵忌避、杀卵活性及对初孵1龄幼虫的毒力水平均显著高于其他溶剂萃取物.%In order to explore the application potential of Celosia argentea on pest control,and provide new thought for the control of Tirathaba rufivena Walker,the oviposition deterrent and ovicidal activity of Celosia argentea extracts on Tirathaba rufivena Walker were studied with bioassay methods in the laboratory.Among oviposition deterrent activities,methanol and petroleum ether extracts showed best expression.All extracts may influence the egg hatchability of T.rufivena,and non-difference was observed among methanol,ethanol,distilled water,ethyl acetate,hexane and petroleum ether extracts,with egg mortality 20%,and higher than that of chloroform and acetone.Extracts of methanol,ethanol and petroleum ether showed highest activity to 1 st instar larvae,and the corrected mortalities were 53%,51.75% and 45.54%,respectively.Among the different solvent extracts of C.argentea methanol extraction,the diethyl ether extracts showed best activities on oviposition deterrent,ovicidal activity and 1 st instar larvae lethality of T.rufivena.
