厚竹新竹发育过程中母竹r内源激素的动态变化

         

摘要

In order to reveal the distribution characteristics and changing pattern of the endogenous hor-mones in Phyllostachys edulis'Pachyloen' maternal bamboo during the developing process bamboo shoots,En-zyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) test was used to measure the contents of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA),gibberellin (GA),Zeatin riboside (ZR),and abscisic acid (ABA);and the distribution changes of these hormones in different maternal bamboo parts during the periods of bamboo shoot sprout,shoot growth,and new bamboo formation. The results showed that maternal bamboo usually had relatively high contents of IAA and ABA,yet relatively low contents of GA and ZR. During the bamboo shoot sprout period, the contents of growth promoting substances were higher in the bamboo rhizome than in the over-ground organs,especially GA and ZR,which indicated that the underground system was not dormant during this period. During the shoot growing period,the total content of all hormones in the over-ground organs was higher than in the bamboo rhi-zome,especially ABA,the leaves of the maternal bamboo had a significantly higher content of IAA and ZR than other organs or during other periods,suggesting the transfer of the center of vigorous life activities from the un-derground parts to the overground parts.From the bamboo shoot sprout period till the new bamboo leaf period, the contents of IAA,GA,and ZR in the maternal leaves changed in a parabolic pattern,yet the ABA content decreased gradually;in the bamboo stem the contents of IAA,GA,and ABA all decrease gradually,yet the con-tent of ZR change in a parabolic pattern;in the rhizome the IAA,ZR,ABA contents firstly decrease and then increased,yet the GA content decreased fast at the beginning and became stable afterwards.In the over-ground organs,both the ratio of growth promoting substance to ABA and ZR/IAA grew initially,reached their maxi-mum at the shoot growing period,and became stable or slightly decreased afterwards.In the rhizome,the values of IAA/ABA,ZR/ABA and ZR/IAA did not change much,and the values of GA/ABA and GA/IAA decreased significantly at the beginning and became stable later.Among all the 4 organs,the values of GA/ZR significant-ly decreased initially,and did not change much later.%为了揭示厚竹(Phyllostachys edulis'Pachyloen')新竹发育过程中母竹内源激素的分布和变化规律,研究内源激素对厚竹孕笋成竹的影响,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)和脱落酸(ABA)含量,分析了厚竹在笋芽萌动、竹笋生长和新竹长成期母竹不同器官中内源激素的分布特征和动态变化.结果表明,母竹中IAA和ABA含量相对较高,GA和ZR含量相对较低.笋芽膨大期竹鞭中的生长促进物质含量比地上器官高,其中GA和ZR含量差异显著,说明在笋芽膨大期厚竹地下系统并未休眠.竹笋生长期,地上器官中各种激素的总含量均高于竹鞭,其中ABA含量差异显著,母竹竹叶中的IAA和ZR含量显著高于其他时期和其他器官,生命活动最为旺盛,竹林系统的生长中心由地下转入地上.从笋芽膨大至新竹展叶,母竹竹叶和竹枝中的IAA、GA和ZR含量呈抛物线变化,ABA含量则逐渐降低;竹秆中IAA、GA和ABA含量均呈逐渐降低趋势,ZR含量呈抛物线变化;竹鞭中IAA、ZR和ABA含量先降后升,GA含量则是前期快速下降,后期趋于稳定.地上器官中生长促进物质与ABA的比值及ZR/IAA值均是先增大,竹笋生长期达到最高,之后趋于平稳或略有降低.竹鞭中IAA/ABA、ZR/ABA和ZR/IAA值变化不大,GA/ABA和GA/IAA值前期显著下降,后期趋于平稳.GA/ZR值在4个器官中均是前期显著降低,后期变化不大.
