应用白僵菌与绿僵菌及其复配剂r防治茶假眼小绿叶蝉

     

摘要

After screening compatibility of strains and biological insecticides, the effects of the highly Pathogenic Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae powders and their mixtures with common biological insecticides against Empoasca vitis Gothe by scattering powders were evaluated.The results showed that B. bas-siana BLK and M. anisopliae Ma1775 had good compatibility with 1.5% Pyrethrum EC and 3% Avermectin EC,respectively.These two biological insecticides and their mixture with two strains were used to control on E. vitis in the field.The control effects of the two mixtures were significantly higher than those of other single dosa-ges 15 days after scattering powder.The insect decrease rate and the control effect of BLK+1.5%Pyrethrum EC against E. vitis were significantly higher than those of other treatments (76.68±0.96)% and (73.90±1.04)%respectively.Therefore,the way could be popularized and applied in production.%经相容性研究和撒菌粉防治试验,评价感染茶假眼小绿叶蝉的高致病力白僵菌BLK与绿僵菌Ma1775粉剂,以及其与常用生物农药复配剂对茶假眼小绿叶蝉的防治效果.结果表明:白僵菌BLK和绿僵菌Ma1775分别与1.5%除虫菊素和3.0%阿维菌素的相容性较好,田间防治15 d后,BLK+1.5%除虫菊素和Ma1775+3.0%阿维菌素复配剂的防治效果均极显著高于单剂,BLK+1.5%除虫菊素复配剂防治,假眼小绿叶蝉虫口减退率与防治效果均极显著高于其它处理,分别为(76.68±0.96)%和(73.90±1.04)%.因此,Ma1775+3.0%阿维菌素复配剂和BLK+1.5%除虫菊素复配剂可在生产中推广应用.
