本项研究取得了一种水稻原生质体高效再生为可育植株的方法.以水稻栽培品种Lemont,Laccasin,Cypress,Mercury,Lebelle,89-2,秀水04,135-3542,台北309和Nibbonbare的幼穗为材料诱导愈伤组织,以改良型R2培养基进行悬浮培养.在三个供试培养基中,R2培养基最适合胚状体的发生.悬浮细胞系游离获得的原生质体产量很高,可达每克鲜重106~3×107个.所有供试水稻品种都获得了再生植株.%An efficient method for regeneration of fertile plants from rice protoplasts is presented. The calli from immature panicle culture of rice cultivars Lemont, Laccassin, Cypress,Mercury, Lebelle, 89-2, Xiushui 04, 135-3542, Taipei 309, and Nibbonbare were used to produce suspension culture in modified R2 medium. The R2 medium was the most suitable medium to initiate embryogenic calli among three media applied. The protoplasts isolated from suspension cells yield abundantly, ranging from 106 to 3×107 per gram fresh weight. Plant regeneration was obtained for all cultivars.
