中药蓝靛注射液鸡胚接种抗鸡新城疫病毒研究

摘要

The inhibiting effect of Chinese tradition medicine Indigo injection on Newcastle disease virus was evaluated by chick embryo culture and hemagglutination(HA) test. The results showed that the Indigo injection had no toxic effect on chick embryo;The egg inoculation with both Indigo injection and virus allantoic fluid could completely inhibit the reproduction of Newcastale disease virus in chick embryo.%采用鸡胚培养法和红血球凝集(HA)试验,测定中药蓝靛注射液对鸡新城疫病毒的抑制作用.结果表明:中药蓝靛注射液对鸡胚无毒性作用；蓝靛注射液与病毒同时接种鸡胚,能完全抑制鸡新城病毒在鸡胚中增殖.
