中药注射液鸡胚接种抗鸡新城疫病毒研究

摘要

为了研究中药与西药奥司他韦(达菲)抗鸡新城疫病毒效果的差异,用珍珠草、华荠苧2味中药制成注射液,采用鸡胚培养法和红血球凝集(HA)试验,检测中药与西药注射液对鸡新城疫病毒的抑制作用.结果表明,中药注射液对鸡胚无毒性作用,并且从鸡胚死亡数、活胚数和HA滴度等方面比较,中药与西药抗病毒效果无差异.表明二者抗病毒效果相似,均能完全抑制鸡新城疫病毒在鸡胚中增殖.%To investigate the difference of efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine against Newcastale Disease virus compared with that of western medicine (Oseltamivir) in chicken embryo,the injection liquid was made up of the Chinese traditional medicine named Phyllanthus urinaria and Mosla chinensis. Chicken embryo culture and Hemagglun'nation test were designed to evaluate the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine and Oseltamivir injection liquid against the Newcastle Disease virus. The results showed that the Chinese tradition medicine injection liquid was no side - effect for chicken embryo. The efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine against Newcastale Disease virus as Death chicken embryo counts, survival embryo counts and HA titer was indifference contrasted with that of Oseltamivir. The conclusions was drawn that the efficacy of the Chinese traditional medical and western medicine against Newcastale Disease virus was approximately similar, both of them could completely inhibit reproduction of the Newcastle disease virus in chicken embryo.
