水蜈蚣总生物碱的提取工艺

摘要

In order to study the optimal technological conditions of extracting total alkaloids from K. brevifolia ,the effects of solvent strength,temperature,duration and material-liquid ratio were investigated on the extraction of total alkaloids,and the extraction process was optimized by using the orthogonal experimental method. The results showed that the optimal technological conditions were 70% of ethanol concentration,1g : 8 mL in material-liquid ratio and 1.5 h at 50 °C ,in which the content of total alkaloids could be up to 0.879 mg/g.%为研究水蜈蚣总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件,探讨了溶剂浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间和料液比对其总生物碱提取的影响,并采用正交法对提取工艺进行了优化.结果表明:最佳参数为乙醇浓度70％、时间1.5h、料液比1∶8(g∶mL)、温度50℃,此条件下测得其总生物碱含量为0.879 mg/g.
