低剂量农药对禾谷缢管蚜生殖力的 Hormesis 效应及机理研究

     

摘要

研究了低剂量吡虫啉、百菌清对禾谷缢管蚜(Rhopalosiphum padi)的生殖刺激效应及其机理。结果表明,禾谷缢管蚜生殖力随百菌清浓度上升,表现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,呈现出 Hormesis 效应的典型特征;吡虫啉0.01 mg?kg 处理能显著刺激禾谷缢管蚜生殖。百菌清8 mg?kg 处理显著增加了小麦可溶性糖含量,比对照增加102.64%。吡虫啉0.1 mg?kg、0.2 mg?kg、0.4 mg?kg 处理显著增加了小麦游离氨基酸含量,分别比对照增加18.83%、30.39%、30.39%。随吡虫啉浓度变化,禾谷缢管蚜生殖力的变化趋势同小麦游离氨基酸含量的变化趋势相同。%The stimulatory effect and mechanism of low-dose imidacloprid and chlorothalonil on Rhopalosi-phum padi fecundity were studied.The results showed that the fecundity of Rhopalosiphum padi increased first and then decreased,with the increase of concentration of Chlorothalonil,showing the typical characteristics of hormesis;the treatment of 0.01 mg?kg imidacloprid could significantly stimulate Rhopalosiphum padi reproduc-tion.The treatment of 8 mg?kg chlorothalonil increased the soluble sugar content of wheat significantly by 102.64% over than the control.The treatments of 0.1,0.2,0.4 mg?kg imidacloprid increased the free amino acid content of wheat significantly by 19.10%,30.84%,30.09% over than the control respectively.With the change of imidacloprid concentration,the trend of Rhopalosiphum padi fecundity and wheat free amino acid con-tent was the same.
