分子标记辅助选择培育抗条纹叶枯病香粳品种‘沪香粳106’

         

摘要

为了培育抗条纹叶枯病的水稻香粳品种,以优质香型粳稻品种‘武香粳14号’为母本,高产粳稻品系‘武2699’为父本进行配组获得F1种子,再以高产、抗条纹叶枯病的粳稻品种‘武运粳23号’为母本与‘武香粳14号’ב武2699’的F1复交,进行聚合育种.分别利用与抗条纹叶枯病基因Stv-bi紧密连锁的分子标记STS11-31和香味基因fgr共分离的分子标记InDel-E2对分离世代进行标记检测,聚合Stv-bi和fgr基因.结合田间选育、抗性鉴定及香味测定,育成高产、优质、抗条纹叶枯病且农艺性状优良的水稻新品种‘沪香粳106’.%In order to breed rice stripe disease (RSD) resistant and fragrant japonica rice variety,'Wuxiangjing 14',a high quality japonica rice variety used as the female parent,was crossed with'Wu 2699',a high yield japonica rice line.Further,'Wuyunjing 23',a high yield and resistance to RSD japonica rice variety used as the female parent,was crossed with the F1 of'Wuxiangjing 14'×'Wu 2699'.After that,using two molecular makers STS11-31 linked with the RSD-resistant gene Stv-bi and InDel-E2 co-segregated with the fragrance gene fgr,the separated generation was detected and the Stv-bi and fgr were polymerized.Combining with the field breeding,resistance identification and fragrance determination,a japonica rice variety named 'Huxiangjing 106'with high yield,fine quality,resistance to RSD and good agronomic traits was bred.
