主要环境因子对杏鲍菇工厂化生产影响的研究

         

摘要

采用正交试验设计,研究了工厂化生产杏鲍菇期间主要环境因子(温度、湿度、CO2浓度和光照强度)对杏鲍菇发茵速度、催蕾时间和菇体产量等的影响.结果表明:在杏鲍菇发茵期,可以将温度设置在24~26℃,空气相对湿度设置在60%~75%,CO2浓度设置在3000~4000 mg/L;在催蕾期,温度应保持在14~16℃,湿度应控制在80%~95%,CO2浓度可以设置在1000~1500 mg/L,光照强度可以设置在100 lx;在育菇阶段,温度应保持在14~16℃,湿度应控制在80%~90%,CO2浓度应控制在2000~ 2500 mg/L,光照强度应设置在100 lx.%The author adopted the orthogonal test design to study the effects of four key environmental factors (temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration and light intensity) on the mycelial growth speed, fruiting time and fungus yield of Pleurotus eryngii in its factory cultivation. The results showed that; in the mycelial growth phase, the temperature should be maintained at 24 ~26 °C., air relative humidity should be maintained at 60% ~75% , and CO2 concentration should be maintained at 3000 -4000 mg/L. In the fruiting phase, the temperature should be kept at 14 -16 °C, air relative humidity should be controlled at 80% -95% , CO2 concentration should be kept at 1000 - 1500 mg/L, and illumination intensity should be maintained at 100 lx. At fruit - growing stage, the temperature should be maintained at 14 ~ 16 °C, humidity should be controlled at 80% ~ 90% , CO2 concentration should be maintained at 2000 -2500 mg/L, and illumination intensity should be set at 100 lx.
