The rooting in hydroponics of Liu L0906, Liu L0903 and Liu L0911 cuttings treated with rinsing (CK) , NAA 10 mg/ L, NAA 20 mg/L, ABT 10 mg/L, ABT 20 mg/L respectively was tested in December, 2010 and February, 2011. The results showed that the best rooting situation of the tested willow varieties was found in February, 2011; the root callus of the cuttings grew fastest in ABT 10 mg/L treatment, but the roots grew best and had the longest average length in CK in the end. The rooting effect of L0906 was the best among three kinds of willow cuttings.%2010年12月和2011年2月,分别对柳L0906、柳L0903、柳L0911 3种插穗在清水(CK)、NAA 10 mg/L、NAA 20mg/L、ABT 10 mg/L、ABT 20 mg/L 5种处理下进行了水插生根试验.结果表明,在时间上2011年2月的插穗生根状况最好.插穗在ABT 10 mg/L处理中形成根部愈伤组织最快,但最后在清水中长势、根的平均长度最好.这3种插穗中柳H906的生根效果好.
