绿色木霉GY20对棉花黄萎病菌的抑制机理及温室防效

摘要

平皿对峙培养结果表明:绿色木霉菌株GY20对棉花黄萎病菌菌株V3有明显的抑制作用.在光学显微镜下观察到GY20使v3菌丝细胞的原生质浓缩和菌丝断裂.盆栽试验结果显示:GY20对棉花幼苗的黄萎病具有很好的防治效果.%The results of the plate confrontation culture tests showed that Trichoderma viride strain GY20 had obvious inhibitory action on cotton Vertkillium dahliae strain V3. It was observed under the optical microscope that the protoplasm in the mycelial cells of V3 concentrated and the hyphae broke due to GY20. The results of pot experiment indicated that GY20 had good control efficiency on Vertkillium wilt of cotton seedlings.
