哒嗪·茚虫威对水稻纵卷叶螟的室内毒力测定与田间防效

摘要

经室内毒力测定,茚虫威与哒嗪硫磷以1:20复配对防治稻纵卷叶螟具有较高的毒力,其:C50为1.26mg/L,共毒系数为217.28,增效显著.田间试验结果表明:21%哒嗪·茚虫威WP对稻纵卷叶螟具有较好速效性与持效性,杀虫效果和保叶效果均优于20%哒嗪硫磷EC,也高于或相近于15%茚虫威SC(安打),但成本明显低于15%茚虫威SC(安打).适宜用量为1200～1500g/hm2.%The results of indoor toxicity tests showed that Pyriclaphenthion · Indoxacarb ( Indoxacarb: Pyridaphenthion = 1: 20)had a high toxicity to rice leaf roller ( Enaphalocrocis medinalis), its LC50was 1.26 mg/L, and its co - toxicity coefficient was 217.28,indicating significant synergism.
